Do I own my website?
Your content, your domain and your brand are always yours. The website itself is part of the service: we build it, host it and keep improving it for as long as you’re with us. If you ever decide to move on, we’ll create a version you can take with you.
Is there a contract?
Evergreen runs on a straightforward monthly agreement with no minimum term. We accept the risk up front knowing you will stay because it’s working.

What happens to hours I don’t use?
Your monthly hours are there for updates, new pages, content changes and SEO work. If a month is quiet, we put the time toward SEO optimization: speed, search and accessibility. Your site never sits still.
What’s included in the 24-month refresh?
At two years we revisit the design with you: layout, visuals and anything your business has outgrown. It’s a fresh look on the same content and foundation, at no extra cost.
What does “content-ready” mean?
You may have a current website, but you know the content needs updating. You have done the work on how to talk about your business: your services, your story and your photos are there in mostly finished form. We’ll shape and polish it, but we can’t tell your story for you. Not sure if you’re there? Book a call and we’ll tell you honestly.
What if I need more than 10 pages?
5-10 pages represent your main landing pages, common to most small to medium businesses and organizations. However, pricing by pages is a very unscientific method. A Blog uses a shared layout requiring one design. Products or Services also uses shared layouts but include more variables in the details, require filtering/sorting, and potentially produce hundreds not dozens of pages. We may need a one-time fee to accommodate, or it may not be a fit.
